She has also been handling matters relating to Capital and Financial Markets Regulations before various authorities. Manisha also vast experience in the field of Competition Law. She has been a part of the Corporate Law Committee at PHDCCI and had been akin with organising various workshops on Companies Act, 2013. She regularly appears before various tribunals such as the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and it Appellate Authority (NCLAT), Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), Competition Commission of India (CCI), and High Courts of various states and the Supreme Court of India.
Manisha is an avid writer and has many published articles in various legal and corporate magazines. She has also presented varied subjects at seminars held all over India. Raja has pursued his LL.B. (Hons.) from Jiwaji University, Madhya Pradesh and has been practicing with UKCA for over 12 years. He is a senior partner at UKCA and heads the banking, civil and general commercials litigations of the firm. He is a member of Delhi High Court Bar Association, Bar Association of Debt Recovery Tribunal and INSOL India.
Raja Singh has vast experience in banking, civil, competition, general corporate laws, alternate dispute resolution, writs, mortgage laws, real estate laws, family laws, employment and labour laws.
Over the last decade of his expansive litigation practice, he has handled and has been involved in significant high profile cases. He has been working closely with a number of Stock Exchanges in India, advising day-to-day legal hurdles arising out of regulations, rules, byelaws and regulatory laws. Under his guidance, the firm has dealt with several cases arising out of derivative transactions before various forums and courts and have received favourable orders.
Raja has represented over a dozen underwriters all over India, in one of the largest Arbitral Proceedings in PHD Chamber of Commerce relating to IPO’s disputes, which was eventually settled between the parties.
Raja Singh has been appointed time and again as an Alternate Chairperson for the Court convened meeting for mergers by Hon’ble Delhi High Court and also as Local Commissioner and Auctioneer by the Ld. Debt Recovery Tribunal, Delhi. Raja also liaisons in good faith, with the officers at the Competition Commission of India (CCI) and its appellate authority.

Avanti Chandele is a brilliant and meticulous professional with over ten years of focused experience in corporate litigation, advisory and transactional work. Currently a Partner at UKCA, she is handling many high stake matters. During her law school days Avanti has interned with many prestigious law firms and chambers.
She has been appearing regularly before various courts and tribunals including Company Law Boards, High Courts, Supreme Court and various other forums/ courts while dealing with transactional work for clients on joint ventures, mergers and due diligence as well. Avanti has spear headed numerous litigations in a short span of time.
Prior to joining UKCA, she was associated with a chamber at the Supreme Court of India and has had experience of working on constitutional, property, recovery, and service and writ jurisdictions.
