He has handled prestigious assignments with several high-profile corporate clients and brands internationally as a Strategy Consultant. As a strategy professional he has held senior positions like Head of Strategy for a Middle East Sovereign Wealth Fund, Global Head of Strategy for a Global Technology Company as well as Director for Middle East & Asia for a regional Consulting firm.

Anurag brings to the table a strong track record and understanding of Corporate Business practices across diverse industries and diverse geographies – coupled with a deep understanding of Corporate & Commercial Law. His forte lies in the field of General Corporate Advisory, Litigation, Negotiations, Corporate Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Commercial Transactions.

Anurag graduated with highest honours in the MBA Program at Copenhagen Business School and has varied interests in his spare time – including biking, flying, squash, kendo and chess.
