Manisha is the Managing Partner at UKCA and brings with her a wealth of experience and a global perspective in Corporate and Commercial Laws, having advised and worked with some of the most dominant organizations. Her practice is marked by a deep understanding of complex legal frameworks and a strategic approach to delivering commercially sound solutions tailored to client needs.

Her core expertise spans a wide spectrum of practice areas, including Corporate-Commercial Advisory and Litigation, Constitutional Law, Corporate Insolvency and Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital and Financial Markets Regulations, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions and advisory to companies from various sectors. In addition to her litigation and advisory practice, she plays a key role in advising clients on policy matters, risk management, and long-term strategic planning.

She is empanelled with the Union Government and several public and government companies, PSUs and Departments, reflecting the trust placed in her expertise and professional judgment. She works pro bono for social enterprises and children rights and women empowerment are two other subjects that are very close to her heart. Manisha is a regular panellist/ speaker at various conferences and seminars, and is a guest lecturer at various law schools and judge at moot courts.
